Jeff is AWS Global Head, Web3, Crypto, and Blockchain where his team identifies mechanisms leveraging Amazon’s powers to help customers across web3’s various layers to scale. Prior to AWS, Jeff spent seven years in venture finance providing growth capital to early stage, venture-backed tech companies. The decade prior to venture lending, he was a financial and commodity derivatives trader. His affinity for startups was formed during his first career stop as an early employee running operations and corporate development for the first non-financial institution to deploy ATM machines. Before starting his career, Jeff played college and professional hockey and still has all his teeth.
