Jay’s interviews have been viewed millions of times across the wide social media reach of his personal and company brands, which include an organic audience on Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and TikTok of over 50,000 professionals. He is also the host of The Resilient Advisor™ Show, one of the industry’s longest running podcasts that reaches 10,000 views per episode across his different distribution platforms.
He is also a frequent media partner for major industry conferences. This year he has broadcast live interviews from The Morningstar Investment Conference, The Exchange ETF Conference, JOLT and The Retirement & Longevity Summit.
Jay is also the President of Resilient Advisor, an Investment Research & Business Consulting firm that works with Financial Advisors, teams and firms. He is the author of The Resilient Advisory Business, The Resilient Advisor and Conquer Worry.
Jay leverages his 25+ years of experience in the investment management industry working for industry leaders such as Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers, Guggenheim and Charles Schwab to help his consulting clients implement systems designed to improve business performance.
His previous responsibilities have included managing a $250,000,000 financial planning and investment advisory practice at Morgan Stanley and building out a $500,000,000+ commodity Exchange Traded Fund that was sold to Wisdom Tree.
Jay also founded and built the non-profit organization ConquerWorry.org™. It has grown into a global platform with over 175,000 followers on social media, a popular blog that receives tens of thousands of monthly views and hosts guest posts from contributors from around the world. He also produced The ConquerWorry™ Podcast which has been downloaded in over 90 countries, featuring Olympians, NFL players, Hall of Fame college football and basketball coaches as well as players. Today the organization’s non-profit initiatives and podcast are run by a team of volunteers from 5 different continents.
Jay holds an M.B.A. from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University and a B.S. in Business Management from The University of Tennessee.
